What we collect

The Get a Quote form on /get-a-quote/ collects the following information when you submit it:

• Your name
• Your company name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• The machine brand and model you're asking about
• The service type (spindle, machine repair, way covers, other)
• Your description of the issue or the work needed

We don't collect this information any other way. There is no analytics script, no tag manager, no Facebook Pixel, no Hotjar, and no marketing automation running on this site. We don't set cookies.

This site loads the Inter typeface from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). Google may log your IP address and user-agent as part of standard CDN operation when your browser fetches the font; Google does not set a tracking cookie via the font request. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages) keeps standard web-server access logs (IP, browser, request path, timestamp) as part of infrastructure operation; we don't analyze those for marketing.

How we use it

Information you submit through the quote form is used for one purpose: to respond to your quote request and follow up about the work you're inquiring about. We don't add you to a marketing list, send unrequested email, or share your contact information with third parties.

Who we share it with

Quote form submissions are processed through Web3Forms (web3forms.com), a form-handling service that receives your submission and delivers it to our email. Web3Forms is the only third party that touches your form data. Their privacy policy applies to their handling of submissions; you can review it on their site.

We don't sell, rent, or trade your information.

Your rights

If you submitted a quote request and want a copy of the data we have about you, or want it deleted from our records, call us at 319-610-4341. We'll handle the request the same business day.
