Do you cover all seven states equally?
Iowa is our home state — same-day field response is realistic across the state. Adjacent states (Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota) are within drive radius for substantial field jobs. Nebraska, Missouri, and Texas run primarily ship-in service, with field travel by arrangement for major work.
How far do you travel for field service?
Field service across Iowa is routine. Major-job field visits routinely run into Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, eastern Nebraska, and the Missouri metros. Texas is by-arrangement only; way covers and spindle rebuilds ship in via standard freight.
Can you support shops outside your listed seven states?
On a ship-in basis, yes. Way covers ship anywhere in the continental US; spindle rebuilds ship in and out via standard freight. Field service outside our routine seven-state area is quoted separately for major jobs.
