EC is Haas's horizontal machining lineup — EC-300 through EC-3000 production horizontals, plus the PP (pallet-pool) builds and the 4-axis variants. The series is built around pallet-changer reliability and B-axis indexing; that's where most service calls come from.

Lead time
Lead time depends on the model, the failure mode, and parts availability. Diagnostic is fast; full rebuilds run 3 to 5 weeks on most jobs. We scope each job individually rather than quoting a generic window.
