Haas EC Series Horizontal Spindle Repair & Grinding
EC horizontal spindles — EC-300 through EC-3000 production horizontals plus the PP pallet-pool builds — sit oriented for chip drainage to work in the spindle's favor. The wear patterns are pallet-changer-cycle-driven: machines running heavy pallet rotation see different bearing wear than those running long single-pallet cycles. The EC-1600 and larger see the heaviest axial production cuts.

Lead time
Lead time depends on the model, the failure mode, and parts availability. Diagnostic is fast; full rebuilds run 3 to 5 weeks on most jobs. We scope each job individually rather than quoting a generic window.
