Doosan DNM Way Covers
DNM vertical-machining covers use telescoping steel for X/Y/Z ways. DNM 200 through 750 cover dimensions scale with bed size; the higher-end DNM 4000/5700/6700 production builds have heavier-duty cover specifications. DNM 200/5AX adds 5-axis trunnion considerations to the standard vertical-mill cover requirements.

Controls used on this series
Current DNM way covers are OEM-available through DN Solutions; older builds split between OEM and custom-fab. Lead time is 2 to 4 weeks.
Lead time
Lead time depends on the model, the failure mode, and parts availability. Diagnostic is fast; full rebuilds run 3 to 5 weeks on most jobs. We scope each job individually rather than quoting a generic window.
