Doosan DVF / FM 5-Axis Vertical Repair
DVF and FM are Doosan's 5-axis vertical line — DVF 5000, 6500, 8000 trunnion-table 5-axis, and the FM 200/5AX Linear-motor build. Most calls center on the trunnion, the rotary-axis encoders, or RTCP drift after crash work.

Controls used on this series
DVF and FM ship on Fanuc 30i — typically 30i-B on current builds. The 5-axis kinematics need 30i's higher feature set.
Lead time
Lead time depends on the model, the failure mode, and parts availability. Diagnostic is fast; full rebuilds run 3 to 5 weeks on most jobs. We scope each job individually rather than quoting a generic window.
