Mazak Series Repair
Mazak Integrex Repair & Service
The Integrex line is Mazak's mill-turn multitasking platform — Integrex 100 through 400 (with S, ST, SY, IV, V, e, i, j, and i-H variants), the e-500H through e-1850V/10 family, plus the compact Integrex j and the vertical i-V. Multitasking tolerances mean spindle and B-axis work needs more careful alignment than on a straight VMC or lathe. We do the work and verify it back to spec.

Common failure patterns
- B-axis milling spindle bearing wear, particularly on i-series and i-H models.
- Lower turret faults on e-series machines.
- ATC chain or ATC arm faults on i-H horizontals.
- Sub-spindle synchronization drift on multi-tasking jobs.
- Hydraulic counterbalance system leaks on larger e-series.
Controls used on this series
Original Integrex i-series machines shipped with Mazatrol Matrix; current i-H, e-V, and i-V ship on SmoothX. Older Integrex 100/200 may still be running Mazatrol legacy controls — those are still serviceable but the parts situation is increasingly aftermarket-only.
Lead time
Lead time depends on the model, the failure mode, and parts availability. Diagnostic is fast; full rebuilds run 3 to 5 weeks on most jobs. We scope each job individually rather than quoting a generic window.
