Doosan DNM Vertical Machining Spindle Repair & Grinding
DNM vertical-machining spindles cover DNM 200 through DNM 750 production verticals, the higher-end DNM 4000/5700/6700 builds, and the DNM 200/5AX 5-axis variant. The line uses different spindle types per size class: smaller DNMs run lighter cartridges; the 4000/5700/6700 production builds have heavier-duty spindles built for sustained cuts.

Controls used on this series
DNM ships on Fanuc 0i (Doosan) for entry and mid-range, and Fanuc 30i (Doosan) on DNM 4000/5700/6700/750 production verticals.
Lead time
Lead time depends on the model, the failure mode, and parts availability. Diagnostic is fast; full rebuilds run 3 to 5 weeks on most jobs. We scope each job individually rather than quoting a generic window.
