Okuma LAW and LFS heavy-lathe spindles — LAW 1000 through 3000 heavy lathes and LFS-590 flat-bed turning — handle very large workpieces under very heavy cuts. The spindles are scaled to match: larger bore, larger bearings, heavier-duty drives. Wear patterns track the loads more than the cycle count — these machines see fewer cycles but each one matters more.
