DMP and Milltap compact production spindles run in the highest-cycle environment in the DMG Mori lineup — DMP 35 through 70 small-part drill-tap, dual-spindle DMP 500, Milltap 700. The spindles are built for high cycle counts but the wear pattern tracks the cycle count: short-cycle drill-tap production grinds through bearing-pack life faster than longer-cycle work.
