Okuma Series Repair
Okuma MULTUS B-Axis Multitasking Spindle Repair & Grinding
MULTUS spindles are Okuma's B-axis multitasking platform — MULTUS B200 through B750 (with II variants), MULTUS U3000 through U5000 large-envelope builds, plus the historic MacTurn predecessors. The B-axis milling spindle is the highest-stress component on MULTUS just as on Mazak Integrex. Okuma's thermal compensation framework makes B-axis spindle service more predictable than on platforms without the same hardware.

Lead time
Lead time depends on the model, the failure mode, and parts availability. Diagnostic is fast; full rebuilds run 3 to 5 weeks on most jobs. We scope each job individually rather than quoting a generic window.
