Okuma Twin-Spindle / Twin-Turret Spindle Repair & Grinding
Okuma's twin-spindle and twin-turret platforms — 2SP-2500H, 2SP-V40, LT 200-MY through LT 300-MY, LT 2000 EX — add sub-spindle synchronization complexity to spindle service. Both spindles need to be in tolerance for the part-transfer sequences to work; rebuilding one without verifying the other isn't standard practice. Twin-turret platforms add lower-turret considerations alongside the main spindle work.

Twin-spindle and twin-turret platforms run on OSP-P200 on older builds, OSP-P300 on LT 300-MY and LT 2000 EX. Legacy LT-15 and LT-25 are typically OSP Legacy.

Lead time depends on the model, the failure mode, and parts availability. Diagnostic is fast; full rebuilds run 3 to 5 weeks on most jobs. We scope each job individually rather than quoting a generic window.
